Thank you for your trust in choosing Asuransi Allianz Life Indonesia. Nowadays, payment accesses made easy are in your hand. Premium payment is deemed valid when such payment is received in PT. Asuransi Allianz Life Indonesia’s bank account. 

PT. Asuransi Allianz Life Indonesia only recognizes premium payment made through the following premium payment media:

  • Online premium payment via Allianz eAZy Payment (only for individual insurance of Allianz Life Insurance)
  • Premium payment via Indomaret 
  • Cash Deposit at teller
  • BCA ATM and Mandiri ATM
  • Internet Banking
  • Virtual Account
  • Auto Debit of credit card and bank account

eAZy Payment

Online premium payment by Allianz eAZy Payment.

  • Go to https://services.allianz.co.id/allianz-eazy-pay/#/renewal 
  • Input your policy number, birthday date and email ID
  • Click “Cari”
  • Check your Policy detail and read Term & Condition, and click “Selanjutnya”
  • Choose your payment method and click “Bayar”
  • Input your personal data for payment with Credit Card or Debit Card, and click “Proses”
  • Payment notification will be send to your e-mail address

 

Payment via Indomaret

  • Via cashier

    •  Simply go to Indomaret cashier and mention the policy number you are about to pay
    •  Indomaret cashier will then confirm policy holder’s name, policy due date and amount of premium
    • If all informations are correct, proceed to make payment to the cashier in the amount of payable premium
    •  The cashier will first calculate and mention the amount of money you pay as well as will provide you with payment receipt
    •  Keep as a valid payment receipt
    •  You will also receive sms and email notification (for those who have registered for e-statement service) on the same day
  • By i-Kios

     

    • At i-kios facility available at Indomaret, Choose “Payment Point” menu,
    • Choose  “Next”
    • Choose  “Insurance” menu
    • Choose  Allianz menu
    • Enter your cellphone number on the cellphone column and policy number on the payment code, then click Next
    • Then “Customer data information” screen will appear

    a. Institution Name : Allianz Life Indonesia

    b. Policy Number

    c. Customer Name (Policy Holder)

    d. Payment Date

    e. Due Date

    f. Total Claim / Premium payable

    • Make sure that all information appear on the screen are correct, then click “Next”.
    • After the payment information is printed, then proceed to make payment to the cashier.

     

     

  • Payment Scope

    • Payment Type                : regular premium for overdue active policy
    • Total Premium               : maximum up to Rp5,000,000
    • Currency                          : IDR and USD*

    *USD will be converted to IDR by the current Allianz exchange rate and if the maximum conversion is up to Rp5,000,000 then customer may proceed to the payment

    1.  Enter the recipient’s account number : 217-301985-8 under the name of PT.Asuransi Allianz Life Indonesia on the cash deposit form
    2.  Enter the Policy Number / Reference Number on the cash deposit form (mandatory)
    3.  Specify total premium you are about to pay
    4.  Make sure that 1 transaction only applies for 1 Policy of 1 Life Insurance Application Letter (SPAJ)
  • By Bank Mandiri (Renewal premium)

    Bank Mandiri (Premi Lanjutan)

    1.  On the Cash Deposit Form, enter ALLIANZ LIFE RENEWAL (23887) on the Recipient's name column
    2.  Account column may be left blank
    3. Type Bank Mandiri in the Bank column
    4. In Transaction Purpose/Description column, enter Policy Number (Mandatory)
    5. Enter the Depositor’s Name, Address, and Phone Number
    6. Specify Total Premium you are about to pay

     

    Bank Mandiri (Non - Renewal Premium)

    1. On the Cash Deposit Form, enter ALLIANZ LIFE RENEWAL (23888) on the Recipient's name column
    2. Account column may be left blank
    3. Type Bank Mandiri in the Bank column
    4. In Transaction Purpose/Description column, enter Policy Number (Mandatory)
    5. Enter the Depositor’s Name, Address, and Phone Number
    6. Specify Total Premium you are about to pay

     

    Note: Non-Renewal premium are first premium payment, Reinstatement premium, Premium Amount Change dan Top Up Premium.

     

     

  • By Bank Syariah Mandiri

    For Sharia Policy payment

     

    Bank Syariah Mandiri :

    Via Bank Syariah Mandiri’s (BSM) Teller

    On the Claim Payment Slip, specify:

    1. Customer name : Policy holder’s or prospective policy holder’s name
    2. Invoice number : Policy number/Reference number (new business)
    3. Type of invoice: Premium of PT Asuransi Allianz Life Indonesia
    4. Amount of transfer : Total Premium you are about to pay (only in Rupiah currency)

     

    Note : No additional charge will be imposed to customer, BSM is unable to accept payment / transfer from other bank. Customer does not require to list the Allianz account number

    1. Choose PAYMENT menu
    2. Choose INSURANCE menu
    3. Choose ALLIANZ
    4. Enter the Correct Policy Number/Reference Number (MANDATORY)
    5. Specify Total Premium you are about to pay
    6. Make sure that 1 transaction only applies for 1 Policy of 1 Life Insurance Application Letter (SPAJ)
  • By Mandiri ATM

    Mandiri (Renewal premium)

    1. Choose PAY / PURCHASE menu
    2. Choose INSURANCE menu
    3. In the COMPANY/INSTITUTION CODE Menu, Choose CODE LIST menu displayed on the screen or directly enter code of 23887 for Allianz Life Renewal Insurance.
    4. Enter Policy Number. Click Next
    5. The Screen will display the Invoice screen: Policy Number, Policy Holder’s Name, Due Date, and Total invoice Then enter number 1 then click YES
    6. Payment confirmation screen will appear Then Click Next
    7. Make sure that 1 transaction only applies for 1 Policy of 1 Life Insurance Application Letter (SPAJ)

     

    Mandiri (Non Premi Lanjutan)

    1. Choose PAY / PURCHASE menu
    2. Choose Others Payment menu
    3. Choose INSURANCE menu
    4. In the COMPANY/INSTITUTION CODE Menu, enter number 8 (other insurance) and click Yes
    5. Choose Code List Menu on the screen or enter code 23888 for Asuransi Allianz Life Indonesia
    6. Enter policy number or reference number
    7. Enter phone number 0r mobile phone
    8. Specify Total Premium you are about to pay
    9. Make sure that 1 transaction only applies for 1 Policy of 1 Life Insurance Application Letter (SPAJ)

     

Payment by Mobile Banking

  • By Mandiri Mobile Banking

    Mandiri

    1. Go to Bank Mandiri Mobile Banking Application (Apps can be download in Apple Store or Apple Store)
    2. Choose PAY menu
    3. Choose INSURANCE menu
    4. In the Service Provider Menu, Choose Allianz Life Renewal.
    5. Enter Policy Number. Click Next
    6. The screen will automatically display : Policy Number, Policy Holder’s Name, Insured Name, Due Date, and Total Premium payable
    7. Enter PIN SMS Banking and click OK
    8. Payment confirmation screen will appear then Click Next
  • By BCA Mobile Banking

    M-Payment

    1. Go to M-Payment Menu
    2. Choose  INSURANCE menu
    3. Choose ALLIANZ
    4. Enter POLICY NUMBER/LIFE INSURANCE APPLICATION NUMBER (Mandatory) 
    5. Specify Total Premium payable
    6. Make sure that 1 transaction only applies for 1 Policy of 1 Life Insurance Application Letter (SPAJ)

By Internet Banking

  • Internet Banking of Bank BCA

    Bank BCA :

    1. Go to Bank BCA’s website of www.klikbca.com, then click login
    2. Enter user id and password
    3. In the main menu, choose PAYMENT menu
    4. Proceed to choose INSURANCE sub-menu
    5. Choose Insurance Company Menu i.e. ALLIANZ
    6. In the subsequent menu, enter the Policy Number/Reference Number (Mandatory)
    7. In the Total Payment menu, enter Total Premium payable
    8. Then confirmation screen will appear
    9. Make sure that 1 transaction only applies for 1 Policy of 1 Life Insurance Application Letter (SPAJ)
  • Internet Banking of Bank Mandiri

    Bank Mandiri ( Renewal Premium) :

    1. Go to Bank Mandiri’s website of www.bankmandiri.co.id, then click login
    2. Enter user id and password
    3. In the Main Menu screen, choose PAY menu
    4. Choose INSURANCE menu
    5. In the Service Provider screen, choose ALLIANZ LIFE RENEWAL
    6. Enter Policy Number you are about to pay, then the screen will automatically display: Policy Number, Policy Holder’s Name, Due Date, and Total invoice
    7. Then tick the payment column Then press NEXT
    8. Make sure that 1 transaction only applies for 1 Policy of 1 Life Insurance Application Letter (SPAJ)

     

    Bank Mandiri (Non Premi Lanjutan)

    1. Go to Bank Mandiri’s website of www.bankmandiri.co.id, then click login
    2. Enter user id and password
    3. In the Main Menu screen, choose PAY menu
    4. Choose INSURANCE menu
    5. Choose account number to be deduct
    6. In the Service Provider screen, choose ALLIANZ LIFE RENEWAL
    7. Enter Policy number or reference number and mobile phone number
    8. Specify Total Premium payable, and click next
    9. Make sure that 1 transaction only applies for 1 Policy of 1 Life Insurance Application Letter (SPAJ)

    1. Enter your pin
    2. Choose transaction type (TRANSFER)

    Requirements for ATM Bersama transaction :

    1. Having an account in banks under ATM bersama network
    2. Having ATM card issued by one of banks under ATM bersama network
    3. ATM bersama fee is Rp5,000 - only for the holder of HSBC ATM card and several local banks, free of transfer fee
    4. Unique account number for every policy (one account number only applies for one policy)
  • Bank BCA Virtual Account

    By BCA Virtual Account for the New Business and Renewal Premium, via Cash Deposit via BCA Teller, the customer must:

    1. Provide BCA Virtual Account recipient’s account number under the name of PT.Asuransi Allianz Life Indonesia on the deposit slip Example : 9xxxxxxxxx (10 digits)
    2. Specify total premium payable
    3. Make sure that 1 transaction only applies for 1 Policy

     

    By BCA ATM, the customer must:

    1. Choose TRANSFER menu instead of Payment Menu
    2. Enter the BCA Virtual Account recipient’s account number Example : 9xxxxxxxxx (10 digits)
    3. Specify Total Premium payable
    4. Make sure that 1 transaction only applies for 1 Policy

     

    By Inter-bank transfer to PT Asuransi Allianz Life Indonesia as follows:

    Recipient : PT. Asuransi Allianz Life Indonesia

    Recipient Bank : Bank BCA of Kuningan Branch Office of Jakarta

    Account No. Recipient : (example 9xxxxxxxxx). (VA number and it must be in 10 digits)

     

    By ATM Bersama transfer to PT Asuransi Allianz Life Indonesia as follows:

    1. Enter your pin
    2. Choose TRANSFER transaction type
    3. Choose Transfer to Banks under ATM Bersama network/other Banks.
    4. Enter the transfer Recipient’s account number (bank code digits + recipient’s account number)

         5. Enter the Total Premium payable

    By BCA Internet Banking, the customer must:

    1. Access Bank BCA’s website of www.klikbca.com, then click login
    2. Enter user id and password
    3. Choose FUND TRANSFER menu
    4. Choose Recipient’s Account List Menu
    5. Choose BCA Account
    6. In the RECIPIENT’S ACCOUNT NUMBER menu, Enter BCA Virtual Account Number and save Example :9xxxxxxxxx (10 digits)  9xxxxxxxxx (10 digits)
    7. Then choose TRANSFER TO BCA ACCOUNT sub menu
    8. Then choose FROM TRANSFER LIST Menu
    9. In the Total Payment menu, enter Total Premium payable
    10. Then confirmation screen will appear

Payment by Auto Debit of Credit Card and bank account

  • Auto Debit by Credit Card

    Auto Debit by Credit Card

    1. Ensure that Your card has Visa, Master or BCA Card on it
    2. Prior to making payment by credit card, ensure that you have read terms and conditions printed on the back of credit card authorization letter.

     

    There are 2 ways of Auto Debit payment by credit card:

    1. Non-Contractual: Payment by credit card may only apply for one payment and may be done by swiping your card or completing credit card debiting authorization form. For such matter, you may visit the nearest Allianz Center office.
    2. Contractual: Insurance premium payment according to the due date by auto debit Debiting is scheduled on the 5th, 12th, 20th, and 28th of each month. Contractual transaction requires credit card debiting authorization letter.

     

    Note : Auto Debit may only be made for Policy on behalf/under the name of: The Customer, husband/wife, Parents, Child, and premium payer (according to what is written in the policy)

  • Auto Debit Savings Account

    Auto Debit Savings account

    Payment by auto debit savings account may only be made through :

    1. Bank BCA
    2. Bank Mandiri
    3. Bank BRI
    4. Bank BNI

     

    Procedures for Auto Debit Savings account/credit card :

     

        4. Customer completes the account/credit card authorization letter by enclosing copy of          ID card & Account/Credit Card Book

        5. You may contact Allianz Service Customer to obtain savings account/credit         

             card  debiting authorization form.

     

     

    Note : For renewal premium, make sure to complete the auto debit account authorization form, make sure that you have complete the non-financial change form You may obtain this form from Allianz Center Customer Service
