Property All Risks (Business Interuption)

 

 

The following procedures should be followed in circumstances likely to give rise to a claim under your Property All Risks policy.

It is essential that you do everything to comply with these requirements and the requirements of loss adjusters ( if appointed ) so that your claims may be settled promptly.

Claim Procedures

In the event of an occurrence which is likely to give rise to a claim under this policy, the following steps are to be taken :

1. Take all necessary action to minimize any further loss or damage  ( including minimizing the interruption to the business ).

2. Advise PT. Asuransi ALLIANZ Utama Indonesia immediately by telex or telephone giving any details ( however brief ) that are available.

3. Complete a report of the incident which may be handed to the insurance adjusters or insurance company at a later date.

4. Do not dispose of any damaged material without authority from insurance adjuster or insurers. Underwriters or their representatives must be allowed the opportunity to inspect loss or damage before any repairs or alterations are effected.

5. Complete the necessary claim forms and supply all repair invoices and documentation as required.

In the event of Burglary / Theft

1. Report any incident to the Police  as soon as possible after discovery.

2. If the premises have been damaged during entry, immediate action should be taken to make them safe.

3. Steps should be taken to discover the guilty person (s) and an inventory of the property lost or damaged should be taken.
