UsahaKU gives comprehensive insurance protection against the basic risk of Flexas (Fire, Lightning, Exposion, Falling of an aircraft, Smoke) RSMD (Riot, Strike and Malicious Damage), Earthquake and burglary completed with the Business Continuity Benefit coverage caused by those basic risks . It accommodates the coverage up to the Sum Insured of IDR 10 billion of the SME's business' assets, including 1st class building & surrounding, furniture, stock of merchandises, raw materials and machineries which are used as offices, shops, private warehouses, telecommunication shops (wartel & warnet), barber shops and many other private businesses.
For the Business Continuity Benefit coverage, UsahaKU can cover up to maximum 10% of Total Sum Insured that loss or damaged caused by the covered risks or up to the amount of maximum IDR 100 million.
UsahaKu includes as well the additional coverage such as Public Liability with limit 10% of Total Sum Insured maximum IDR 100 million and Compensation of Death of the Insured due to the accident occurred in the specified premises with limit 10% of Total Sum Insured maximum IDR 100 million
This basic package can also be extended with other coverage such as: loss of money in safety boxes (maximum compensation up to IDR 10 million), employees personal effects (maximum compensation up to IDR 2.5 million), manuscripts and business data (maximum compensation up to to IDR 5 million) and removal of debris (maximum up to 10% of the Sum Insured).
