
Towards the closing of year 2008, Allianz Insurance in Lampung, again, paid out a claim to its client. The claim was paid to dr. Soelistyowati, Sp.A, who suffered from one of the 38 critical illnesses. Claim payment was made on December 5, 2008 at Bumi Waras Hospital in Bandar Lampung. Soelistyowati has been Allianz’ client since 2005, with the Smartlink Flexi Account, an all-in-one product.
Allianz Agency Director for Lampung, Ridwan M.H., accompanied by Agency Manager, Yanto Syahrial, and Sales Manager, Eva Musrifa mentioned that the 38 critical illnesses are covered by Allianz and is Allianz’ reliable product or rider.
“If a client is diagnosed to suffer from one of the 38 critical illnesses, the claim will be processed without having to wait for the customer to undergo medical treatment and released from the hospital. Because the main objective of the fund from the claim payment is to be used for medical treatment or an operation. Although the claim has been paid, other benefits of the product are still valid as savings”, explained Ridwan.
“Every Allianz’ product is offered with a rider or additional coverage that covers 38 critical illnesses. The client does not have to allocate large amount of money for premium, only by allocating RP. 300.000,” Ridwan continued.
