Allianz Indonesia Corporate University (AICU), held a One Day Seminar with the theme "Learning Organization: Foundation to Business Sustainability on July 26, 2010, in Jakarta, to share our knowledge and experience in building the learning culture. This event was also part of the AICU’s second anniversary celebration.
The seminar was attended by 260 staff, agents, business partners and corporate partners of Allianz Indonesia. There were also some experts and leaders of leading corporations in Human Capital development to present and share their experiences in this topic, including Stanley Atmadja, CEO of PT Adira Dinamika Multifinance, Edhie Sarwono, Human Capital Director of PT United Tractor, Faisal Sjam, Human Capital and General AffairDirector and Learning Centre, Boto Simatupang, Head of the School of Management BINUS Business.
Isa Rachmatarwata, Head of Insurance Bureau of Bapepam LK, in his key note for the event, expressed his appreciation to Allianz for the strong commitment and great success in creating a Learning Organization. He also challenged Allianz Indonesia to share its Human Capital development concept to other players in the industry.
