“This new office, will enable our two Allianz companies to grow together more closely and to work as One Allianz in Indonesia; not only having Allianz Tower as the building’s name but also implementing an one contact approach for our clients as well as, one service standard and an One Stop Solution concept for all our insurance services to our customers and business partners,” said Jens Reisch, CEO of Allianz Life Indonesia.
“At the same time, the Allianz Tower will also create higher operational efficiency through stronger synergies between the two companies, which will be developed under the new Allianz Group’s Target Operating Model (TOM) approach,” added Volker Miss, CEO of Allianz Utama, Allianz’s P&C company in Indonesia.
The Allianz Indonesia’s new office project team confirmed to use this ready-to-build office building which is located in one of Jakarta’s prominent office locations, the Kuningan area.
Insured by Allianz
The construction period, which is expected to be finished by early year 2011, will be insured by Allianz Utama. The total project value of IDR 200 billion showcases Allianz expertise in handling such large engineering risks while at the same time ensuring that the project will be running and finished properly to meet the scheduled move of Allianz to the new premises by mid 2011.
