Allianz Life Indonesia, was awarded "The Best of Human Capital Index on Financial Industry" in the 2009 Indonesian Human Capital Study (IHCS). The award was received by Mr. Mursosan Wiguna, Chief HR and Compliance Officer of Allianz Life Indonesia on 22 December 2009.
The Human Capital Index is an index that quantifies the impact of human capital management on the shareholder value. The award is based on:
- Human Capital Effectiveness
To measure Human Capital performance effectiveness through various indicators such as Revenue Factor, Expense Factor, Income Factor and Human Capital Return on Investment.
- Investment
To asses the Human Capital development program in the company with the indicators of Development Rate and Training Investment.
- Valuation
To asses how the company appreciates Human Capital with the indicators of Compensation Revenue Ratio, Compensations Expense Ratio and the Management Compensation Factor.
