Allianz Life received Service Quality Award 2007

Jakarta, 2 March 2007

 

Allianz Life Indonesia was chosen as the Best Life Insurance company in terms of Service Quality as awarded by CARRE - CSSL and Marketing Magazine. The Service Quality Award ceremony was given to Jens Reisch, President Director of Allianz Indonesia which was held on Friday, March 2, 2007.

This prestigious award was given to all companies who are considered as Indonesia's best service icons in delivering excellent service to their customers.  The rating was based on a survey on customers, which makes it genuine representation of customers' voice. Furthermore, the survey was done at service points or service centers, which should be the closest possible place of interactions to the service triangle model : people, processes and technology.
