Allianz Indonesia puts Greater Focus on their Customers

Allianz Indonesia in its campaign to offer “Service Beyond Expectation”, provides a One Stop Solution, an agency initiative that enables the customers to fulfill all their insurance needs through one contact point.

Allianz Indonesia in line with the Allianz Group global initiative, initiated various innovations to provide Allianz customers a new service experience.

Presently, PT Asuransi Allianz  Life Indonesia provides its customers solutions for life, health, pension plans, unit-linked products, and sharia products whereas PT Asuransi Allianz Utama Indonesia offers coverage for motor vehicles, property, personal accident & casualty, engineering, marine cargo as well as sharia products.

In order to simplify the process of obtaining insurance, Allianz Indonesia is introducing a new One Stop Solution concept to its customers, enabling them to obtain all kinds of insurance through one contact person or insurance agent.

“A trust has been developed between our existing customers, our agents, and our company. As we all know, trust plays a major role in the insurance industry.  Therefore, the big advantage for an Allianz customer who requires additional protections is that there is no need to look further for other insurance companies. And for customers who hold several policies, they have the convenience of dealing only with one agent” said Banua Sianturi, Vice Director - Head of Agency of PT Asuransi Allianz Utama Indonesia.

“In principle, with the One Stop Solution, every Allianz  Indonesia agent will be able to sell both Allianz companies’ products,” said Haryanto Tanuwidjaja. Chief Agency Officer of PT Asuransi Allianz Life Indonesia  “An agent from both companies will be able to provide total solutions to all insurance needs of a customer under one strong brand name, Allianz Indonesia” added Harjanto.

“Over the years, both Allianz companies in Indonesia have built up their expertise in delivering quality products and services to our customers.  The One Stop Solution concept allows our customers to go through an new experience to fulfill their insurance needs,” said Ahmir ud Deen, Managing Director Employee Benefits, PT Asuransi Allianz Life Indonesia.

The One Stop Solution was started in October last year. It has given the agents the opportunity to service their customers better by using their new knowledge of the complete range of insurance products available to fulfill customers’ need.

Allianz Indonesia is currently training all its agents. As for the after sales service, we are also setting up new Allianz Centers, which are service centers in the 5 major cities of Indonesia, which will be ready to serve customers and business partners in  the next 24 months.

The One Stop Solution Allianz Indonesia is the answer to the customers’ demands for an efficient, effective and convenient service.

This concept is a realization of the joint vision of both Allianz companies in Indonesia: to be The First Choice for all customers, business partners, and employees.
