Allianz Tower will be the newest icon of Kuningan. The architecture design reflects the aspects of ESD (Environmental Sustainable Design), its Advance Glazing Technology are aimed to reduce the heat and direct UV exposure; approximately 70% of its nearly 1 hectare land to be used as natural rain water absorbent and  will also be equipped with state of the art water recycling facilities.
