As we informed you earlier, the Allianz Tower project has finished its foundation piling phase and now the Allianz Tower project has begun the next phase, which is the construction of the upper building.
The assigned contractor for this phase is TOTAL Bangun Persada, one of Indonesia’s largest building construction companies. Since early December, this phase has been started with the construction of the basement areas. Within the next few weeks, we will start to see the Allianz Tower taking shape above the ground. Attached, you will find some new photos from the project site.
As the building construction phase continues, we will soon start to plan our office layouts within the Allianz Tower. Ideas that you have already voiced through “AZTower Wish” will be one of our feedback sources. Furthermore, we will also need support from some of you to carry out a benchmarking exercise to some newly built office spaces in Jakarta. Altogether, these feedbacks will provide us with valuable input to make our offices in the Allianz Tower as the best office for all of the staff, customers and business partners of Allianz Indonesia.
