With this new complaints Management System Allianz Indonesia is able to accept, monitor and settle complaints. Besides that, the needs of clients and service area which needs improved, can be carefully analyzable, so that correct solution can be conducted to increase clients satisfaction.

We will settle your complaint in 3 working days. In the case of heavy case requiring a longer time, we will update every 5 working days.
