Allianz Learning Center
Located in Summitmas 1 Building next to our main office, our training facilities are equipped with the sophisticated audio-visual equipment. This is to create a comfortable learning environment to ensure that the learning process is effective and maximized.
Professional Certification
To create a better service to our customer. We need to ascertain that all of our employees understand how the insurance industry works. To ensure that all employees have the insurance background we provide the opportunity for all employees to take professional degree from LOMA which is an internationally recognized certification program and other locally accredited programs.
In House Training
We are also deeply aware that a good business needs a good leadership and managerial skills. Therefore we provide good training programs with international qualification and standard. Some of the programs that we offer are : The 7 Habits of highly effective people, change management, core skills for building commitment, and creating a service culture.
Allianz Toastmaster Club
One of our means/ facilities to boost personal development is to establish Allianz Toastmaster Club. This club is internationally recognized and provides an opportunity for all members to broaden their networks while also to improve their leadership and public speaking skills as well as to enhance their self confidence.
External Training
We as well provide the opportunity for all staff to attend necessary trainings outside Allianz. We sent our people to local as well as international trainings depending on our needs assessment. We also participate in the trainings, seminars and events conducted by Allianz Asia Pacific (AZAP) or Allianz Group based in Munich, Germany. These international exposures will broaden our employees’ horizon by socializing with many Allianz colleagues all over the world.
